Carl - Kolsch
🍺 Full-flavored yet very drinkable. Perfectly refreshing for the 8-month Texas Summer. German Pilsner malt, Tettnanger Hops, and clean Kolsch yeast come together in graceful harmony to make the perfect everyday beer.

Amber - Amber Lager
Amber is an amber lager made with a blend of Pilsner, Munich, and Crystal malts and gently hopped with Tettnanger. An ode to the rich and refreshing Lagers that created the modern craft beer scene. Amber provides a gentle caramel sweetness that delivers the perfect combo of flavor and drinkability.

West - West Coast IPA
West is a modern West Coast IPA dry-hopped with Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic, and Nelson Sauvin. This beer unites a highly aromatic hop expression of zesty lemon peel, an array of pulpy citrus and tropical fruit, resinous pine, and orange pixie sticks – full-flavored yet approachable on every level.

Hazy - Hazy IPA
Hazy is an exciting combination of Strata, Citra, and Sabro hops that creates a soft, smooth and juicy IPA with vibrant pineapple, mango, orange and coconut notes. Designed to deliver a fruit fiesta to your palette in a refreshing and drinkable package.

Slater - American IPA
Slater is our year-round West Coast-style IPA. Slater is a new-school version of a West Coast IPA. It’s bitter, fruity and slightly juicy.

Milo - Czech Dark Lager
Czech Dark Lager (aka Tmavé Pivo!) is a rich, expressive Bohemian beer that showcases pale lager drinkability but with a hefty amount of malty depth — it’s like the lovechild of Munich Dunkel and cold brew coffee. Milo gives off notes of toasted sweet bread, mild coffee roast balanced by a touch of honeyed sweetness.

Jan - German IPA
A German take on an IPA, Jan is dry-hopped with Hallertau Blanc, Huell Melon, and Mandarina Bavaria. Instead of the bold American hops you might expect, Jan highlights the nuance and subtleties of German-grown varieties. Crisp, bitter, and expressive, it delivers notes of heavy spice, fresh citrus, and summer melon for a bright and refreshing twist on a classic style.

POW! - Double Hazy IPA
POW! is a bold Hazy Double IPA, generously dry-hopped with Citra Cryo, Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic, and Sabro. Each batch features new hop varietals and techniques, keeping it fresh and punchy. The name "POW!" comes from the use of lupulin "powder"—the original cryo hops—for an extra blast of juicy, tropical flavor.

Coastal Slang - West Coast Pilsner
Coastal Slang blends the crisp, clean profile of a German Pilsner with the bold, vibrant hops of a West Coast IPA. Brewed with Sterling and Tettnanger on the hot side and dry-hopped with Strata, Strata CGX, and Mosaic, it’s crystal-clear, sticky, and bursting with bright citrus aromatics—wrapped up in the smooth drinkability only a lager can deliver.

Pamela - West Coast IPA
Pamela is a West Coast IPA dry-hopped with Chinook, Rakau, and the 8th Annual Pink Boots Blend (Simcoe, Mosaic, Chinook, and Krush). Pamela was brewed by the Women of St. Elmo and in collaboration with the Pink Boots Society. This blend brings a medley of hoppy flavors and aromas including dankness, berry, and tangerine!
A portion of each Pamela sale will go to The Pink Boots Society.

Jimmy - Peach Blonde Ale
It’s a tough ask for a beer to carry peach flavor without being excessively sweet – but approachability is what this beer is all about. It’s not overly-saccharine or overly-bitter. Nothing exaggerated – just a soft, peach juiciness atop a well-balanced beer.

Vaya - Coffee Cream Ale
Vaya is our first and favorite collaboration beer with our homies at Spokesman coffee. Most coffee beers are dark, roasty, and already taste like coffee from the grain used. Vaya is our effort to create a bright beer that lets the coffee take more of a central role in the flavor of the product. This beer is also a fun mind-trick in that it looks like a pale ale, but tastes rich and caffeinated. In addition, the milk sugar in the beer gives the flavor and mouthfeel of a “regular coffee” order at Dunkin Donuts – 2 creams, 2 sugars.
For the 2025 batch, we incorporated a generous amount of Madagascar Vanilla beans in addition to old-fashioned oats and milk sugar. On top of that, we added a specially-roasted coffee blend by Spokesman — known as the “Vaya!” blend — of 70% Las Perlitas (Washed Columbian) and 30% Ayarza (Natural Guatamalan).

Smalls - Hazy Pale Ale
Smalls aims to be tropical & citrus-fruit forward, while also keeping the ABV in check. This beer is hop-loaded like an IPA – showcasing big aromatics of Pacific Northwest Hops – but with a little less alcohol.
